PCW Christmas in July
Challenge 



Good morning & welcome!
This week it's "Christmas in July" over at Papercrafting World
For this challenge, we were asked to make a project using our
left over scraps from other projects, ans a Christmas theme...


For my card, I used some old pattern paper
I had left over from making Christmas cards last yr,
the digital stamp is "PCW Christmas Elf" I got in December,
Sentiment is from CTMH stamped with embossed powder

Mother's Day theme
Challenge


Good morning & Happy 1st day of May! Today we have another PCW challenge
the theme is "Mother's Day"

For this challenge, I made a Diamond Fold card, I think these are so easy to make,
and are really cute! I used the "Bird & Birdhouse" digi stamp from PCW


Recipe:

Coloring: Chalks, stickles, pop dots, crystal blue bling
Patterned paper: Fancy Pants Designs "Strips"
CTMH inks, CTMH banner template, little wooden stick

this weeks challenge is "April Showers"

For the challenge, I made a 8X8 layout for a special couple in my family
I love this adorable digi stamp "Bears under Umbrella" from PCW

Easter Themed Challenge


Good morning, today is another amazing Papercrafting World challenge, 
I can't believe Easter is only a few days away!! This year, Easter falls
on my baby girl's 18th birthday! At this age, Easter baskets are a thing
of the past, hunting for eggs and all the yummy goodies are too,
so for the years gone by, I decided to make a little treat to remember those days...

Suess Reading Challenge


Good Morning, I'm so happy to be part of today's "Suess Reading Challenge"
We are celebrating reading across America, along with celebrating several new
 PCW design team members, so take a moment to welcome them to the team!!

I am so honored & happy to be part of this wonderful design team & work with such
amazing talent, these ladies are going to be a great addition to the PCW family

SOOO, with that said, here is my project for today's challenge..
My girls are now 14 & 18, so my reading to them is over,(I will not cry)
 they now read my books, the baby books have left the shelves...
But I do remember a time when Dr. Suess was the only books they read...
With that in mind, my 18 year old picked this adorable digi for my project
she just asked me to make them purple..LOL

I made a Corner Folded Bookmark for my girls

~Happy Birthday~

Good morning, and it's such a beautiful morning here in the country!
Today is Tuesday, which means another PCW Design Team Challenge
Today we were asked to make something "Birthday Themed"
So I decided to make this adorable easel card for my crazy sweet 
niece Ashley who just turned 9 last week (sorry it's late)
I hope she loves this card, I know I do!!
With that said, here is my card...

Valentine Theme
Challenge


Good Morning, today's PCW challenge is Valentine Theme, we were to make
something Valentine related, so I picked this amazing digi stamp, my mother in law
always says Elephants are good luck.... 
I made this card for my hubby, we met 22 years ago today
at Braums where I worked.

Papercrafting World
Challenge

Today is Papercrafting World Challenge time
Today's theme is to make a 6x6 or larger Girl/ Kid frame
using Black & White feel free to add more colors 


Now on to my project.....
I LOVE altered/weathered art, so I decided
to make this adorable 6x6 frame using chipboard..
I think it turned out great!!!



For my girly frame project I used:
Tanya Cutie Patootie digi stamp from Papercrafting World
CHipboard for the frame, white cardstock, color pencils, stickles
black lace ribbon, flowers, ATG, pop dots.
Cricut cart Plantin Schoolbook, pg 73 roly poly cut @ 6" (makes 6x6 frame)
Folk Art #427 Ivory White paint, Martha Stewart  Coal ink

~Most Wonderful Time of the Year~
PCW Project 


Papercrafting World is hosting another challenge
this one is all about Winter!
Personally, I love winter, Hot Apple Cider, 
cold nights by the campfire..

With this in mind, here is my Winter project 
for today's challenge

Paper: Cardstock and patterned papers from my stash
Colored pencils, ATG , fibers, Crystal stickles,
Martha Stewart Drippy Goo punch,bling,winter sparkle paint,
Cricut cartridge "Sweet Treats for the tag,Silver dabber paint,
"snow sprinkles" on snow by ladybug, bought from a scrap shop in Plano TX yrs ago.

Paper Crafting World
"Something from your Stash"
National Recycle Day 
Challenge

 Paper crafting World is having a fun challenge today
Since today is National Recycle Day, let's get recycling!!!
Using something from your "stash" , recycle and reuse it


Here is my project for today's challenge, I used an old 
coco tin my friend gave me for Christmas a few years ago,
along with some scraps from my stash,  and the amazing
digi stamp is one I received from Melin earlier this year
even the cricut cut is from my stash!
(only thing new is the coco)
Here is my recycled item, this was a Christmas gift from a friend 
Here is some of my "stash" (I always keep all unused items)
 Here is the finished project, digi stamp is from PCW
I added some yummy White Coco to this, I am going to
"re-gift" this item and give to someone for Christmas this year.
