Day 1 Project 365

Day 1
Project 365

Good Morning 2015 and Good Morning bloggers!!!
Today, like many, I am starting off with a project 365, sadly, our lovely Texas weather is wet, ugly and just nasty, so I decided not to venture out or use my DSLR.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

So, DAY 1, one of my almost favorite things I love so much...

Here's looking forward to a great year!
Happy photography. Happy scrapping!

WOW! I can't believe it's been 5 months and 5 days since my last post... Now that's JUST SAD!!
Wondering what I've been up to for so long? Well, let's see...I have not done ANY scrapbooking since then, ( I am really working on getting back in my scrap room) but I have been crocheting and also started my photography again, so, I am thinking, maybe share a little bit of it with you here on my blog...
Hope you like and enjoy, comments are more then welcomed :)

Handmade Newborn Micky Mouse hat for photo prop
Handmade newborn Newsboy/camo hat for photo prop
Handmade Newborn Sock Monkey hat for photo prop

I simply LOVE these hats! The Sock Monkey hat seems to be the favorite, I have started making them for for clients now, tonight I am finishing a 3-6 month sock monkey hat for a little boy, I have traded the button eyes for crocheted yarn eyes for the ones I sell, we don't want any little ones choking!!

I hope you enjoyed, I have many more items to post and will in the next few days :)

Birds of a Feather
Blog Hop

Welcome to the Team Queen bi-weekly blog hop for Scrapping With Lisa’s Designs.

Team Queen of my Craftroom is working on the same bird files as Team Princess used last week. We really wanted to show the versatility of the wonderful files that Lisa creates.

This week the team was provided the files and asked to use as many of them in their project as possible. We wanted to see one cohesive project. I think you will be pleased with the work the team has done, and I hope you will take the time to fly to my Sister Design Team Members blogs and see what they have created with this file. I am sure you will be pleased.

One nice thing about Paper Piecing is the ability to cut the files out with a machine, or you can cut them out by hand if you do not have the capabilities of using your machine. Lisa provides digital images of each pattern as well. This means that you can print and color as you desire.
Our blog hop starts here, http://scrappingwithlisadesignsdt.blogspot.com/ , so please start from the beginning and spread your wings to fly from one blog to the next and check out the wonderful Projects.

For my Feathered fried project, I decided to make napkin rings for my friend who loves birds

The bird file can be found by following this link to Lisa’s Store (http://www.scrappingwithlisadesigns.com/item_17/Birds.htm)
Here is the line up for this weeks hop:
